To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure the hygiene of our garments, we have established clear guidelines for returns. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Item Condition: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return or exchange.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team at 2175 Hilltop Haven Drive, Newark, New Jersey 07102, USA, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the moment the package arrives at our facility.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Shipping and Handling for Returns

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees, including the $9.00 flat rate for orders under $69.00 as outlined in our Shipping Policy, are non-refundable.
